The Science of Sport Blog comes through again with a great post on barefoot/minimalist running. This is quite possibly the most objective treatment of the subject I've ever seen. If you're thinking about making the leap, you should definitely give this a read for many insights on how barefoot running works, and why it might work for you--or why it might not.
